Getting Started

Maestro is built to work in minutes, with no catalog restructuring. Here is the full setup, start to finish.

1. Install the app

Add the Maestro AI Search Bar from the Shopify App Store and approve the requested permissions. Maestro immediately begins indexing your products, collections, and descriptions, so search understands your catalog out of the box.

2. Choose where the search bar appears

In the app, pick a placement. Maestro can:

• Auto-detect your theme header and mount there.
• Mount inline at a specific spot using a CSS selector.
• Show a sticky bar at the top of the page.
• Use a header search icon that opens the search.

You can set placement independently for desktop and mobile, then preview it live on your storefront.

3. Make the bar match your brand

Adjust the icon style and accent colors so the search experience feels native to your theme. No code required.

4. Let shoppers search by intent

Shoppers describe what they want in plain words. Maestro reads the intent, surfaces matching products, writes a short reason each result fits, and answers common buying questions inline.

5. Watch the results

Open the Search Analytics dashboard to see engagement, the conversion funnel, and the revenue influenced by search. The Daily Brief summarizes what changed and recommends the highest-value next actions, ranked by what each one is worth. Business Outcomes proves the revenue each applied change earned.
